DEPOSIT
A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking and the balance payment is required 8 weeks prior to rental. A damages deposit of £1000 also required prior to arrival (this can be paid by UK cheque which
will be returned to you within 2 weeks of departure).
CHANGEOVER
Changeover day is normally Saturday. Guests are asked to depart by 10am so that cleaning may be done for the next guests who should not arrive until 3pm.
LINEN
All linen is included and changed on Saturday. This includes bath towels but guests should bring beach towels. During June, July, August and September the property will have light cleaning 3 times a week but off season on Saturday only.

YOUNG CHILDREN WELCOME - 2 high chairs and cots available
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
There are a couple of steps at the front of the house that lead to large double doors, alternatively the wheelchair could be taken around the back of the house across grass to terrace doors. The most suitable bedroom is Bedroom 2 which is on the ground floor directly accessed from the terrace and has a large ensuite bathroom
