A generously proportioned living space incorporating lounge and dining area, which opens out onto the large rear terrace via double doors.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 : with double bed and balcony. Ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 : with king size bed - double doors to garden. Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 3 : with double bed. Ensuite shower room
Bedroom 4 : with 1 double futon and two single beds ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 5 : with double bed.
Bedroom 6 : with 2 single beds

(Note : Bedroom 5 and 6 share the master bathroom)

Bedroom 1 is accessed by its own staircase in the tower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor, Bedroom 4, 5 and 6 are all on the first floor.

(NOTE : All bedrooms have room fans)

OUTSIDE

The gardens at Maldagora are beautiful. There is a long old stone table on the terrace that seats 12. Nearby there is another smaller stone table for serving. This is next to a built in barbecue. There are 8 sunbeds and some smaller deckchairs. In the garage there are a couple of small tables and side tables. The mature garden contains many palms and colourful hydrangea as well as huge pines and mimosa trees and the most magnificent view of the Pyrénées, which changes daily. There is a little swing and a carport at the front of the house.

PRIVATE POOL

The pool is 10 x 5m and has a diving board and slide. It is open from May until the end of October and heated to 28 degrees. It has roman style steps for entry and a pretty wall with lavender surrounding it. It has lighting for the evening as does the garden. The pool is set away from the house in amongst the trees but has a open view at one end looking onto the scenic view.

NOTE: The pool has a motion sensor alarm but as it is set away from the house hidden behind palm trees, it is vitally important that young children are attended in the pool at all times.
