WATERSPORTS
The Espace Voile International in St Jean de Luz offers windsurfing and yachting courses, but also rents out motorboats and sea kayaks for those interested in hitting the high seas on their own.

ACQUA PARC
Near Bayonne. Open in High season only. 5/6 slides and pools with an assault course through the trees and crazy golf. Great for children of all ages.

MUSEE DE MER - BIARRITZ
Aquarium with over 150 species of fish from the Bay of Biscay. There is also a Seal tank and Shark cave. Lots of info. about the geology of the local area. The bar and cafe in the Museum have lovely views of the sea.

LAC DE ST PÉE
Only about 20 minutes drive from the house, the lake has a sandy beach, various watersports and pedalos.

PLANÈTE CHOCOLAT (Chocolate Museum – Biarritz)
A tour takes visitors on a journey through the origins of chocolate and its production through the ages, before arriving at everyone's favourite bit: the sampling!
